The Milky Way rises above the summit of Little Tahoma, as Mount Rainier--also known as Mount Tahoma--rises to the west at 1 am on July 25, 2017. The headlamps of climbers can be seen on the ridge between the two peaks, and the faint track of a satellite can also be seen. The photo was captured during a 30-second exposure.

The peaks are located in Mount Rainier National Park in the U.S. State of Washington.
