Children play with stones in Kunderpara, a village on an island in the Brahmaputra River in northern Bangladesh. Their mother, Rogina, who uses only one name, cooks over a fire in the background. Severe flooding in August 2017 destroyed the island's crops but ICCO Cooperation, a member of the ACT Alliance, provided emergency food and seeds so that Rogina and other islanders could replant their food crops and restart their lives.
